    Eat a ton of fiber but be sure to drink a lot of water too. That is always nature’s colon cleanser.

    I think as long as you eat adequate fiber, your body does a good job of keeping the colon clean. You have to be careful with some colon therapies, because they can really screw up your electrolyte balance.

    Well, I don’t know how homemade this is, but get a normal dose of Milk of Magnesia and put it in a small cup of Prune Juice. Then warm it up in the microwave (not boiling). This I guarantee will work. Also try eating Saurekraut.

    1/4 of cup of orange
    you need to clean the spikes out of the cactus leaf, blend it all with water and drink it mornings prior any other food.Make sure you’ll be home that day

    1 mashed avocado
    1/4 cup sesame oil
    2 tbs pork fat (melted with 1 cup caramelized suger)
    8 tbs. hot chilli powder (it sounds like a lot but you hardly taste it…)
    1 large egg (raw)

    combine everything together in pot over low stove untill it boils. let cool to drinking temperature. gulp down everything at once! good luck!

    if that doesnt work there is a special medicine (i forgot what its called) that clears your color… ask your docor! but i dont think it natural…lol

    Hi there, its not exactly a “homemade recipe”, but close enough. Its called “Dieters Tea”, you can usually find it at Whole Foods.
    Its an herbal tea that REALLY cleans you out. Drink the tea before bed and be home the next day because you will be going to the bathroom and you will need to get to it asap. I know from personal experience! Also, please don’t make the tea too strong the first time. Go lightly, and then you can increase the intensity if you feel it necessary the next time you do it.
