@tman19188 for weights you can use a couple of 16 ounce cans of food for a pound weight, or like bags of rice for a heavier weight, there are all sorts of things around the house you could use for weights, also for people just starting out exercising if they just can’t handle pushing weights, our own body is enough weight to start till you get stronger

i think I have a serious problem, when I start doing the jumping jacks after about 30 my heart starts to flutter and when I push past that it hurts so I had to stop. Is this normal? My BMI is about 26 so it cannot be that bad. please give me your thoughts as I am not joking but when I do the power cleans and squats my heart does not flutter. Thank You for listening.

Step 1: Educate yourself and stop falling for the scams. I recommend that all my clients read Kyle Leon’s program.

Now for some quick tips.
1) Cut carbs at night
2) Eat only natural foods (lean meats, fruits, veggies)
3) Do “HIIT” training
